STEPTOE SIEDZKOWSKI CUSTOM BLD

This company is rated an "A" on Angie's List as well as on the Trex website as an experienced installer. Since a Trex deck is what we  interested in, I decided to contact this company for an estimate. First, there is no way to leave a general message for a call back. There are 4 different names to choose from for voice mails, so within a week we left messages on all of them.   It took a week for Darin to return our message. He made an appointment to come to our home. He did arrive and spoke with my husband about our ideas and said he would promptly put together some information and  samples (he brought nothing with him) and get back to us, That was the beginning of April.  It is now the middle of June and have never heard back from them. Our deck has been replaced by another contractor.

Started work later than expected.very professional once started and did an outstanding job overall.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new deck and Steptoe Siedzkowski Custom Builders.  We are at a loss for words.... they simply did an amazing job in a short amount of time and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A CUSTOM BUILT DECK!!!!

We met with Darin Keiser from Steptoe Siedzkowski Custom Builders, Inc.  (Custom Decks) - (610-558-2332) and upon the initial meeting, he came fully prepared with samples of various types of decking, took measurements, discussed our needs/wants and the next day provided us with a sketch/proposal.  He was easy to talk to and was very informative.  He even offered a few suggestions for things we had not thought of.  He followed-up with us to see if we had any questions or needed any further information.  He was very thorough.  I would most definitely use this company again.  They are trex deck pros!  :-)
