Paul Saint and his partner, Paul Pujol , came out in early March and installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air conditioning system (MSZ-GE18NA) with a heat pump. They mounted the indoor unit in my dining room and ran refrigerant lines to the outdoor unit that sits on a wall bracket. These lines, as well as the electrical lines, are encased in a plastic "line-hide" plastic case. A condensate drain runs to the outside, and adds plents of free water for the plants during the summer when a bucket is placed under it.
Where I ran two noisy window units before (dining room and living room), I now run the whisper quiet Mitsubishi for better distributed air and a lower electric bill. Plus, you can hardly hear the exterior unit when it's running.
Saintoco Mechanical does excellent work, is conscientious and responsive, and will only install products that meet their strict standards. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

It was a difficult job and it was obvious that they have great expertise. The employees were pleasant, punctual, professional and neat.
