They were good they were professional and they took care of everything at a little rate.

These guys were real professionals. Got right to work, solved my problem within an hour and cleaned dryer vent inside and going to the outside of house. Was a difficult cleaning since they had to go on a roof and hold a small ladder in place while removing the outside vent cap and clean from that spot. Would definitely hire them again. Dryer has never worked this well before. Could have saved a few hundred dollars in electric bills and time over the last 2 years if we had this done sooner. Definitely hire these guys if you are having drying issues and suspect it may be lint blockage.

John was quick to respond to my quote request. Scheduling was easy and he was right on time. The exterior vent replacement he brought did not fit so he had to order the correct size, but he was able to return the same week and replace it without me needing to be home. His price was fair and I will definitely use him again!

I thought it was well worth the money because we had no dryer, but my husband was expecting the whole vent to be replaced. Either way, they did a great job, and they were extremely fast. I think it was about 15 - 20 minutes! It really was a no-hassle job to contact them, make an appointment, and have them fix the vent. I definitely recommend.

Their service was great. He got back to me right away. We were emailing. We had to change the schedule. He was right on top of everything. He even explained changes I could make to help prevent lint form being trapped.
