Kirkpatrick Nurseries is an excellent source when upgrading landscaping.  BIll referred us to a landscape designer who came up with a lovely plan for our front yard.  Bill is extremely knowledgeable about his plants and also he will (for a price) plant his plants for you.  We had a fabulous experience and will use Kirkpatrick again and again.

The garden beds around the front of my house were a mess and very unattractive. Some of my neighbors use Kirkpatrick Nurseries so I gave them a call. Their garden designer, Susan, spent a lot of time with us to plan a garden that would be really pretty and would suit the house and us. She was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our likes and dislikes. She was great!
We scheduled the installation, and Bill Kirkpatrick and his crew showed up right on time. All the plants were healthy and how Susan described them. Bill and his crew were so professional! They removed all the old plants, completely reworked the soil, and installed the new plants. They even did extra touches like prepare a place for our hose holder, complete with flagstones. They were wonderful, and really nice guys too! The gardens look beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

I visited the nursery after I lost two trees on my property during the big storm in late June 2010. It was August of a very hot summer and I had been to more than five area nurseries. What impressed me most about Kirkpatrick's was how healthy and beautiful their stock looked. The trees and plants at most of the other places were showing the effects of the dry, hot summer but everything at Kirkpatrick's looked happy, healthy and hydrated. The prices were equal to or better than the other nurseries and after meeting Bill Kirkpatrick, the owner who is very friendly and knowledgeable I purchased a cherry tree, a star magnolia and a crape myrtle to be planted in November. Bill came with his workers who amended the soil before planting the tree and shrubs and mulched them for the winter. Bill explained how to care for the new plantings and left me with directions as well. Come early spring I enjoyed the fragrant blooms of the magnolia and the beautiful pink flowers of the cherry tree. I'm looking forward to seeing the crape myrtle in bloom. I was so pleased with the experience that I recently went back and purchased a serviceberry tree to be planted in June. Bill remembered me from last year and I shared pictures of the cherry tree. I would recommend Kirkpatrick's to anyone without hesitation.
