Overall, the MOST horrible experience we have ever been through. Even with the expectations of the typical Contractor problems- dates promised and not kept, things taking longer than expected...mistakes on product and back order issues...We simply could not have imagined what they would put us through. At EVERY turn, the concern was not for our REQUESTS, but for how it might or could affect or upset the sub-contractors? There was no planning whatsoever, causing redos and many, many PROBLEMS. The workmanship is just HORRBLE. The job was started on 9-6-11 and projected to take 3-4 months. We just finished all of the work and settled with the Builder on 12-28-12! There are too many things to list here. Let's just say, there is NOT ONE SINGLE aspect or sub-contractor that did not fail us or that we did not have an issue with. We will never again have work done on our home without consulting Angie's List. Our greatest fear now is that someone else, somewhere else is getting treated the same way.
