We are specialists in custom Kitchen and Bathroom remodels and renovations to include demolition, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile work and painting. We obtain permits for our clients when required and work closely to adhere to strict standards and building codes. Our final product is extremely well executed and surpasses our highest standards with which our company was founded. Gerry called me directly and set up an appointment for an estimate the very next day. We walked through the different options and pricing. Gerry was extremely knowledgeable and greatly assisted us in the over all design of the bathroom remodel. He was amazing to work with, and was always reachable via text. He and his team were here every day promptly and we couldn't be happier with the end result of our bathroom. Complete gut and remodel, as well as con eating a top to a shower. I will use Gerry again for upcoming projects and would highly recommend them for your next project.

I had a very hard time with this review. Gerry pays a lot of attention to detail and I do love our kitchen. My biggest concerns that others should be aware of is that Gerry never came back to solve for settling of materials- some, like raw wood, which is a specialty. We cannot get in touch with him- he will not return phone calls or texts. This was not an inexpensive job, and we were very patient with his schedule and balancing of jobs. We even recommended him for two other jobs while he was working for us. If he or a peer would have come back to address changes to work I would feel much better about our experience.

Very, very pleased. The keys in my book are communications and setting expectations properly. Gerry Rhoads excels at both. In our case it was the complete renovation of two bathrooms with one to include adding a steam shower. My wife had some ideas but was open to suggestions. Gerry listened to our going-in ideas and respected them. He also thoughtfully added other things to consider based on his extensive experience. The end product is something that we are very, very happy with. Gerry's good communications ensured "no surprises". We highly recommend this company.
