"Project: This job was to repair an area that held an above ground pool. Another contractor used stump grinder to grind many tree stumps in the work area. We recommended grading, but were asked to install soil and seed around mid-October. It seems that the seed germination took by about 80-90% for being slightly late in the season and considering the early cold/snow. The issue looks like erosion ruts & seed wash do due to heavy rains. Solution: we always are willing to follow up and throw handfuls of seed or even wheel barrows of soil to provide improved results of establishing a new turf area Conclusion: When we offered to meet the homeowner to evaluate the project and offer a solution but the homeowner declined."
