Great group to work with. From design with Todd to completion the project with the owner Pat overseeing the work everything was done exactly as designed. We had hardscape as well as landscape work done and I can say without a doubt I would recommend this company for both types of work. Very hard working crews.

Pat the owner is very professional and pay attention to details. He recommended the stone work to us with harmony in comparison to the rest of the house in terms of color and scheme. He stays on timeline and communicated effectively on the work progress.

I thoroughly enjoyed worked with Todd Kinkus who helped us re-design our landscape and integrate new plants with existing plants saving us money. Also, did a stone firepit and walkway for our stone patio. Pat, the owner and Todd was at the project site to make sure all things were going well. Would highly recommend.

Todd gave us a schema and a quote before he even left the property, and called and texted to follow up to see if we were interested. My only issue was after we submitted the deposit there was miscommunication between him and the owner about who was to reach out to us and schedule the job. But when I pursued it, Todd again was very prompt in responding. His team was prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

The crew was very meticulous and worked hard all day. The owner Pat and the salesman Todd were a pleasure to work with.

Wow! From start to finish Todd's enthusiasm sold me and the crew was great! True professionals committed to a quality job even thru two days of rain. This is the quality you hope for in every company and these guys deliver.

From my very first contact with this company, I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. I had asked them to give my home curb appeal, and the plans they presented were well thought out (making sure different plants would bloom at different times during the year.) Any questions I had were answered immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Installers did not properly finish project. Plants were poorly spaced and crowded. Came late and did not cover up mulch after installation. Never returned to exchange small bush for larger one. My job was only flower beds and rock covering. Never met Pat. Guess they figured my job was too unimportant for their time. I am very disappointed.

Pat (owner) spent all day with me and his crew as they worked, customizing the design using his expertise and our combined ideas to end up far exceeding my expectations. Saturday afternoon and we realized our church parking lot wasn't properly plowed, Garnet Valley sent a plow over and had it all cleaned up for Sunday Services. They called when they were finished, old time customer service!!!

The project manager was very knowledgeable and he understood very quickly what we were looking for. We liked his suggestions. They completed the work efficiently and nicely.

As a landlord of a rented property I hired this company for a complete yard/garden/weed and bush trimming program. I was insured that this would be done however I was informed continually by my renters and neighbors that the only thing that was being performed was basic lawn care despite paying for full garden, lawn landscape and bed maintenance. After multiple calls to resolve this problem that we payed for our response from the owner of the company was that we expected to much and refused to service our yard in the most unprofessional manner I have ever experienced. This resulted in us loosing the money we payed to Garnet Valley but furthermore had to pay another company almost $1,000 to rectify the damage that was done to our yard as a result.

Not cheap, but definitely worth it. They came when they said they'd come, did great work, and finished on schedule. They checked with us throughout the project to ensure that we were pleased with the work as it progressed (instead of just presenting us with their final product). They clearly take pride in their work. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

I don't normally write reviews but in this case it is highly deserving. Our backyard is mostly hill and we wanted a stairway put in to complement our deck. After going over the project with Todd and choosing cast steps, Pat and his crew took care of the rest. The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Pat went above and beyond in making this project a success. Our new stairs look like they belong there and blend in with the landscaping perfectly. Don't hesitate to contact Garnet Valley Farms for your project, they won't disappoint.

Started request for Sod, but Todd did not oversell me. Gave me seed, fertilizer and aeration instead and lawn is really coming up beautifully @ a fraction of the cost. Very happy with service, plan to use for other services in the Spring.
