My experience with Elite was most positive. I dropped off the fabric and lining and gave Joe my window measurments and a photograph. I didn't need them completed for a month but he had them ready in about a week and a half and they were very well done. He came by with the finished draperies to my home/office. He was most prompt and business like and I have only good to report.

This was a good experience. Joe was knowledgeable about product availability and fit. He was courteous, entertained my 2 yr old, and took his shoes off EVERY time he came in the house. Others that came for quote did not. I got a detailed estimate and a maile receipt for the down payment. Proper receipt for final payment. He will be the first person I call when we are considering blinds elsewhere in the house.
