They were professional, punctual, and did an overall very nice job. Jason came the evening prior to Walk the fence line with me prior to install to insure he knew exactly what I wanted. Purchased fencing through Lowe's and Terran Fencing installed it.  They did a beautiful job, I'm so pleased and happy with the work performed.  The crew, Dennis, Josh and Pat, were so very friendly and had to contend with my 5 year old grand daughter who thought she was the boss.  Dennis made her boss #2 and things went smoothly from there on!  The guys were just great with her much more patient than Gramma was!
I would highly recommend Terran Fencing to anyone, they are great, got the complete job done in two days, cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy with the job.  There were two places fencing needed to go that was not an easy location, but they figured out a way to enclose the area and it looks grand.  VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY....Can't praise then enough!

We received prompt attention when I called for an estimate.  We went over what I needed done and walked off the project while measurements were taken.  The proposal was prompt with installation proposed to start in a reasonable time.  When the work started, the contractor installed fence around an area that was not supposed to be fenced.  This was not a problem for me but increased the proposed cost of the project.  I then learned that there was a mistake on the proposal.  The contractor based his estimate on a much smaller portion of my yard being fenced.  The contractor admitted that he remembered going over and measuring the perimeter that I desired.  We settled on the contractor absorbing the cost of the portion of my yard that I had not requested to be fenced.  For the portion of the project that was improperly estimated, we settled on my paying for the additional materials but not labor.  The added cost of the project was $850.  Had the proposal been accurately bid, the additional cost of the project would have played a part in my selection of a contractor and type of fence installed.  I suggest that if you use this contractor you should insist on a detailed sketch of the project.  We did not receive a drawing.

They had a low, medium, and high price version. The gentleman was on time, a time that was convenient for me in the evening and emailed the quote in a few days which was nice. It was a good experience. Walked around and took measurements.

Dennis, Kevin and Pat were great from the start, making an exception to install only the skeleton allowing the pickets to be self installed. They were very professional, clean and friendly. It was a great learning experience to watch them work and it was visible the care and effort Kevin and Pat put into the work. Through talking with them about their trade, it was clear that they work with passion, critiquing parts of their own work when I couldn't even see the detail myself. They invested far more into the job than was initially contracted without any additional charge. What was intended to be a one day job became two and a half due to the nature of the ground (large rocks and gravel fill). Their work made it easy for me to put up the pickets after and there was no shortage of advise from them on how to do the best job possible. I was even encouraged to call with any questions and did so at least a handful of times. I would highly recommend Terran to build any fence and style needed. We are so happy with the privacy fence as is our dog. More than we could have asked for. Exactly what we had in mind. A real perfect job! Thanks again guys!

I was in the market for a privacy fence for three reasons:  1.  To keep my pet contained in the yard and give him a free space to run, 2.  To establish a private space for entertaining/lounging and 3. To prevent the neighbor dogs from escaping their boundary fence and entering my yard. Subsequent to reading Terran Fence's perfect reviews on Angie's List, I called them immediately after having my land surveyed. Frankie was great at answering all of my questions and providing photographs of past jobs, just so I could get a feel for their product offering. After she added me to the schedule, Dennis met with me to go over all possible fencing options.  Since I have a small tract home on the west side of Erie that is extremely close to the neighbors' land, choosing a fence that didn't make me feel boxed in was an absolute must.  What's more, I don't have a backdoor - only a side door and front door - so this made everything extra challenging.  Dennis suggested we solve this problem by fencing in the back yard with privacy panels then finishing it off with picket fencing up one side (between my home and my neighbor's home) and adding a gate across the front of my side steps/side door.  I approved this suggestion, so he measured my yard and gave me a ballpark figure that day.  Frankie emailed me the official quote the following morning which required a deposit for the special order materials and my signature.  The official contract was sent a day or so later.  After signing the contract, I obtained a fence permit from the Erie Code Enforcement Office.  Within 5 days, my special order materials were in and Dennis and his crew began installing the Tuesday after the Memorial Day holiday.  Within a two day period, my fence was up, functioning well, and looking sharp. (Truth be told, I think the neighbors are a little jealous!)  Not only am I happy with the finished product, my puppy is "over the moon" excited at being able to run around and play off-leash in his own yard.  I'm very much looking forward to landscaping around my new fence this summer and entertaining friends and family in my new,  private, backyard oasis!  I highly recommend Frankie, Dennis and the entire Terran Fence team for any fencing job - big or small!

our experience with Terran Fence was nothing but wonderful! We were new to Erie and used Angie's list for recommendations since we did not know anyone in the area. Frankie was wonderful and quick to respond to our initial message. She was very accommodating to our closing schedule and met us out at the house that evening because she knew we wanted to get the fence in as soon as possible because of our dogs. All the options were thoroughly discussed and our fence was ordered to specification. The fence was installed in two days and looks as beautiful today as it did then. The crew was very professional and did a wonderful job with installation and clean-up.

Dennis from Terran Fence came out several times to measure the yard (because I kept changing my mind about what I wanted). He was always pleasant and patient. He gave us a good price on our fence. The wood part of the fence was "stick built" rather than done in panels. The crew from Terran was very professional, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
