Company did not call ahead not even day of service call. After reminding them each  time I called to ask why they had not come to do the job they assured me each time  they would call a day in advance. They  assured me that this was their policy. This causes great hardship on handicapped homeowner and dogs. Service provider came and went not completing gutters. No response from provider. With gutters not completed with downspouts this left us with water pouring out the end of a 60 foot long gutter on the 2nd floor. This was causing foundation problems. After making several phone calls we were told that this is what my husband agreed to.  We were astonished. We were told it would cost more to complete the job. I agreed to pay for the matterials needed for down spout.  The workmanship on the gutters was so horrible instead of using elbows when needed, they bent pieces and crunched them inside of each other. The leaf protector  was bent and mangled inside the gutters as if they thought no one would see the job becasue homeowner was handicapped and could not see work that was being done. Provider finally came back over a month later and many many phone calls and installed the downspouts during a snow storm. They fixed the bent elbows putting on an actual elbow. But yet again provider came and went with out speaking to homeowner while they were clearly home. The leaf protector  was left as a leaf catching wire that seamed to work against what it was meant to do. The gutters leaked and where it wasnt up tight against house this was not fixed. The long gutter that held water becasue it was tilted away from spout went un fixed. During the winter and spring and heavy rains this has  caused problems and they held water. Other complications with patio and stone wall occurred over spring freezing and thaw, that damage. We refused to pay balance of bill until the job was completed correctly. No one came or called. Ten months later I am now being told that the work will not be done until paid in full then the warranty will cover the job to be repaired. Its not in need of repair, it was never correct to begin with. I am so disappointed with this company. They say they care about their costumers but we are feeling very taken advantage of and are angry with the harassing phone calls from the company that after this long, ten months later from the last complaint that we made they want paid in full. We never heard from them no one even contacted us after our complaints we did not pay balance and they never sent an adjusted bill for the downspout. No bill was sent to us so we figured they were so ashamed of the crew that they referred to as being incompetent and did such a botched workmanship that they did not expect payment and they had no plans to come complete the job right. I was wrong they want paid!!! They seem not to care that we are upset with the job.   Well if I need to beg them and call them to come out to do the initial work and they did not care for ten months  why would I think that if they are paid that the work would be done right. They haven't done it right yet? By the way they sent out someone the first time to see the work that was done, it was a supervisor who said it was an incompetent crew that was sent to our home.  We are now being told tthey are taking us to court and will lien our property. This company has created a real hardship on our family. Do we really pay for something that  is not done and has done nothing but caused us more damage to our property? Do we pay them and take them to court for damages and cost to have the work corrected? So discouraged with this company.  We have pictures and videos to confirm what we have stated here. The water damage from the storms that we had during the time that the downspouts were not completed. We would not recommend this company to anyone we gave them every opportunity to make this botched job correct and they refused. They refer to it as warranty work? VERY UPSET COSTUMER

we were told it would take 7-10 days to complete.when 2 weeks passed my husband called and we changed from just getting gutters to having them installed. Another 7 to 10 days. After 2 weeks my husband called. We were on the schedule for Friday. Friday came and went,no gutters.Husband called again.Scheduled time again. Finally finished. We did have about a week of rain which would delay them but once it stopped, the schedule should be resumed where it got interrupted.
