Had them do extensive work during major renovations for our house. Hired them because other electricians were all booked months ahead and they weren’t (now we know why). Communications throughout the time of the work were very poor: had to re-iterate details of work many times even though we gave them a printed-out sheet of descriptions of the entire project. Still they missed things on it. The electrician that was at our house was consistently very rude and didn’t clean up after the job. He also left random parts and tool pieces at our house many times. Had to call him back for that. Quality of work seems questionable as well. Extremely crooked outlets, loose receptacles, light fixture wiring connected incorrectly and etc.. We also had major issues with the work and still waiting for a callback from them.

They will explain in detail the work that is being performed. They are trustworthy, and honest. We use them quite often.

There was a total lack of communications from the start. They were supposed to call me with a start date, but when I heard nothing, I called them and they said work would begin on a Wednesday, which was a surprise, because they did not call. Then I found out the work was to take 2 to 3 days. I was never informed of the duration of repairs, and it was not on the proposal. They left early on a Saturday, and said they would call to let me know when they were coming back to finish, again no call received by me. I called to see when the work was going to resume, but nobody called me, even after I provided a work and cell phone numbers. When I got word that someone would show up on a Saturday morning, I left a key available so they could continue working. Nobody showed up, and nobody called again. Work resumed with the electric utility company replacing the meters, and hooking up the new service from the pole. When the electrician came back to do finishing touches I found a large hole in my upstairs apartment above the breaker panel cover, which was not there prior to this job. The eventual time to complete the job was 3-1/2 weeks for a (what they told me) 2 to 3 day job.I would not recommend this company for any electrical work at all. They lack communication skills, professionalism, and reliability.
