"Mrs. Wilkinson, we are sorry you feel this way. Our insurance was NEVER dropped. In fact, everything is all up to date! We had both agreed to finish the job during the winter months to give us work during the winter as you were in no rush for project completion. We had a total of about a months worth of work, you gave us a week's deadline to complete this work otherwise you would fire us. We were in the stages of mud work and finishing on drywall. You deliberately turned the heater off to drag out the dry times of the joint compound. I asked for an extension due to this matter and was not granted that. So again, we are sorry YOU feel this way!"
