It was alright. We have a service contract with them and I think each contract is approximately $200. It is for the A/C and the heating. They come once a year. They could have been more prompt and they could have come prepared to do the work. They were a little slow doing the work and they forgot a part or something, I can't remember what it was. I may change it if the quality does not come back to an A.
We love it. The quality of their work really stands out. They were the same people that went to our home, so we just feel really comfortable with them. We're on our home for 26 years and I guess they build a good home and they get to value what they do.
I guess they're so busy and the fact that their main job is building homes, had to find time to do our specific project. Well, I contacted them back in October and I kept getting pull off like, "We'll get to you probably by November, probably by Christmas, probably by January". It was like January or early February 'til they could actually get to my work. So, that was the one negative I had, but we just hang in there because that's where we wanted to do the work. So, you just have to understand the fact that a renovation job like our project was isn't their first priority.
