It went great. He was on time and even wore the "booties" on his shoes to protect our floors. He was very knowledgeable and willing to "teach" me a few things about my heater and possible things to look for before they fail. He even had this tool that analyzed the exhaust coming from the heater and adjusted it to optimal fuel efficiency on the spot. To top it all off he was the lowest quote heater service of everyone I called around Pottstown, PA and had availability within a day or two of my initial call. WILL DEFINETLY REHIRE.

Excellent. Chuck and the guys did a great job. Answered any questions that I had. They also replaced the oil line that runs from the oil tank to the oil burner/boiler. They printed out a report showing that the unit was running very efficiently.
