Everything went fine with both jobs. With the water heater, Home Depot was supposed to install the water heater and the technician never showed. I contacted Gerry and did a good job with the installation even on a Sunday. He even picked up the water heater from Home Depot and hauled away the old one when he was done. With the installtion of the hose bib, everything went well. They are pretty flexible with scheduling, but I was in no hurry to have to work done. Had it been an emergency situation, he would have come out sooner. They do good work at a reasonable price.
