I telephoned the company when I saw that I could not open the drain myself, as I do sometimes. The came that same day and opened the sewer line with a large sewer machine. Two men came to do the job. One man stood around while the other did the work. They were there no longer than 3/4 of an hour. I was charged for 2 hours of work. I signed the papers showing that the work had been completed. However, the papers were lost, and I received a bill 2 l/2 months later.
