Since this project was subject to the weather at the time, it was completed later in the year than expected. But this was not the fault of the contractor. They sanded, treated and sealed many spots on the roof that were compromised. They then applied sealer to the entire roof. I am very pleased and would hire them any time I need work done on my mobile home.

When I went to the business to pick out my replacement windows and doors, Wendy was very knowledgeable and helpful. While the price of the windows and doors was slightly higher than what I found online, I did not have to pay shipping and then store the items until install. So as it turns out, it was a cheaper to order from them than online. When they found problems with rotted wood during the installation, they showed me the problem and were up front on the cost to repair the problem, which was very reasonable. All in all, I got a quality product and a professional installation for a very fair price. I am so pleased that I am hoping they will agree to do my roof repair. I would recommend this company to anyone needing mobile home repair.
