Our experience with them has been excellent.  They came out the same day we called them and it was a Sunday.  They have people scheduled to work on weekends so it makes it convenient especially with hornets; it was a normal day of work for the exterminator; he gets a couple of days off during the week so that is why the service was so prompt.  The nest was the size of a soccer ball.  He came out exactly when he said he would come out which was about two or two and a half hours after the call, promptly took care of the problem, and left.  We did not think the price was unreasonable; we gladly paid.  The people I spoke to were fine and very professional.  The exterminator conducted himself in a professional manner; he came, he was neat and clean, and he had with him everything he needed to do the job.  He did not mess around with a bunch of chit chat; he got right to it, took care of the problem, cleaned up, and left.  He did what he was supposed to do and certainly did something that I could not.  We would not hesitate to call them again.

We signed up a contract with them.  Their price was higher than what I used to pay when I was in New Jersey. They did fine though they didn't come inside of my house. When I paid in New Jersey they did the inside and outside of my house. These people only do the outside and so I think the value is not as good as what I was paying for. Everyone over here is dealing with these crazy stink bugs and their treatment didn't fix that. I found spiders in my house so I am assuming that they should come inside to treat in order to get rid of everything. They did treat bees in the backyard though and they did an excellent job with that. We had a problem with some bees. They were really good with their punctuality and their staff is good and helpful.
