At Resnick Roofing & Contracting we have one primary goal in mind; to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers from start to finish. To achieve this, we keep it simple as we only offer The Best Products, The Best Installation, and The Best Warranty. Equally as important, we offer full transparency to our customers. In business since 2006, Adam Resnick, our Principal & Founder, has over 25 years in the business, working in all segments from installer, to distribution, to manufacturing, and most recently overseeing sales and distribution for the entire Southeast region for GAF, the world’s largest roofing manufacturer. While we are a small, local business, we have a very large footprint. With over 40 Sales, Service, and Installation Vehicles on the road daily, you’ve likely seen us in your backyard. This company is a model for customer service. Every step of the way communication was prompt and highly professional. The proposal was thorough. The sales rep Kevin was very knowledgeable and respectful and always available for questions. The project manager Aaron was equally impressive with his attention to the job and was responsive providing photos and verbal and written reports. The initial contact person Kim was also great with communication, scheduling and billing. The job was completed within the promised time frame. Clean up was thorough. Tha roof looks great and 3 of my neighbors made positive comments about the job and the company.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied. From the first appointment with the sales rep. Craig, to the work progress, to the completed job. Craig is a very professional sales representative. What he said, he did. Which is worth 5 stars in itself. The crew, Dennis and T.C. are superior craftsman that pay attention to the smallest details of their work. They both strove to insure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. Also, both were a pleasure to have at our home. I wanted to extend a portion of our front porch. My wife said, "NO! Dennis and T.C. did such a great job and it looks so nice, I don't want anyone touching it and ruining their work". It doesn't get any better than that! Bernie, Aaron and Joel, the company project managers, visited our home multiple times to answer any questions or concerns. When the job was complete, they came again to inspect the quality of the work and to make sure we were happy with the completed job. Resnisk Roofing is an awesome company to work with. From the original scoping appointment, to the coordination before the job, to the day of job, and then even through the billing process the team is very professional and has excellent communication. This is something that is normally not seen when working with contractors but Resnick nails it. In regards to price, a little on the expensive side but the quality of work and the team who does it is money well spent. If I have future gutter, roof, or siding needs I will be reaching out to them.

Resnick Roofing is the VERY best!! I went through calling 5 businesses before calling Resnick. Most of the businesses never called me back and all of them never answered the phone. Calling Resnick Roofing was like a breath of fresh air. Someone actually answered the phone AND scheduled me all in the same phone call. They also showed up when they said they would and I got an email confirmation of the appointment. Everything was so professional!! The employees are so friendly and the work is of the highest quality. I cannot recommend them enough. They are on a whole other level of professionalism and customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!

They did not take shortcuts. The siding was repaired that resulted in most of the section needing taken off trimmed and put back on again. They only charged me for actual work time. Past contractors hav charged me for their travel time but not these guys.

They kept me fully informed prior to the work being completed. The employees showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion even some electrical work that was not originally discussed when they were hired. Quality thus far is excellent and they cleaned the yard before they left the job site.

Another great job completed by Holzer-Resnick This is the second job I contracted with this impressive company. This job involved replacing stucco board and cedar trim on the front of my house with Diamond Kote board and batten. A good experience from beginning to end: Bernie G: The Salesmen - Quoted a fair price. As with most big jobs, issues may arise. Bernie was responsive to all questions and concerns. He acquired all necessary materials and consulted with Diamond Kote when needed. Jason: Owner – You can assess the quality of an organization by how the employees are treated. Jason showed up on the job numerous times to check status, determine if the work crew needed anything and actually deliver needed supplies and materials. The work crew saw Jason as supportive, as did I. Mike B: Crew Lead – This is where the rubber meets the road. Mike has a great work ethic. He shows up on the job early and works steadily throughout the day. His outstanding workmanship and attention to detail resulted in a job he can be proud of. Damaged wood framing under the old stucco board was replaced and now the structure is solid again. All trim boards are straight and symmetrical both vertically and horizontally. There is a minimal number of seams. The front of the house looks great. Lou D: Laborer – Lou did fine job assisting Mike and performing some finishing work. He also ensured the work area was thoroughly cleaned and all debris was removed. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

We really appreciate Holzer-Resnick’s expertise, clearly written and detailed contract and invoices, timely communications, photos, keeping of appointments, and latest website technology. The roofing crew was very hard working and highly skilled. Rafael and his team arrived early at 8 am to await the supplies drop-off. They worked hard and finished in one day! This included needing to add new decking of OSB which wasn’t determined until assessing the condition of the underlying 120 year old boards after tear off. (We could see from the drone photos that new decking was needed.) Our back roof is high (3 stories), steeply pitched, and in a tight city location, but the crew was able to deal with these challenges. Cleanup was excellent. The company’s calendar is very busy with good reason and may not be your cheapest option, but we felt their excellence is worth it.

72 feet of seamless gutters and ~120 feet of downspouts were installed. The work crew, led by Mike, consistently started work on time and consistently demonstrated an outstanding work ethic throughout the job. An original poor gutter configuration was also corrected. The gutters and downspouts are firmly attached and look great. I'm happy with the quality of the work. All waste materials were removed. I would definitely hire Holzer Resnick again and I would ask for Mike again.

This team was fantastic! They did a great job with our roof. They were knowledgeable about our needs and did not try to force us into any additional work. They answered all my questions, even ones that were probably stupid. When an issue arose they explained what needed to be done to fix it and how it would impact the cost before moving forward. It was a little pricier than we expected but so far it was worth it. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the yard after the work was done.

The process went very well. Kevin was our initial contact. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have friends who have had terrible experiences with their roof replacement, so I had lots of questions for Kevin who was able to address each of my concerns. The actual process went very well - crew was punctual, efficient and cleaned up. After the roof was complete, I was still nervous knowing that our friends had ongoing issues. Kevin was more than happy to come back to address questions and confirm that all looked good. I also appreciate that Holzer Resnick has automated proposals, billing, email, etc. They are efficient on the technical side.

Holzer Resnick is extremely prompt. From the first sales appointment to the last few followup appointments, no one was ever late to a scheduled appointment. The entire process was very painless from start to finish, and each person who handed me off was very thorough about keeping me in the loop and explaining the entire job to the next person. Kevin, our sales person, kept his sales pitch short but informative. He was very knowledgeable about the products they offer and gave me good advice as to what parts of the roof didn't need to go and what parts did. They offer 3rd party pre-approved financing, which was a significant consideration when looking for a full roof replacement. The down payment (1/3) was a bit of a surprise to me though, but honestly I may have just missed it in the paperwork that we completed. The on-site supervisor, Mike, did a great job at coordinating the actual job. The bulk of the work was completed in 3 days and the only thing that they missed was a misunderstanding regarding a new roof cap. They came out and fixed that in very short notice. Also, they were very prompt in replacing all of the window screens that were damaged during the installation process. They were also extremely thorough in cleaning up afterwards and we are very happy with how everything turned out. Price-wise, they are not the cheapest. However, they do a great job of standing by their work and resolving issues that arise. They don't make you wait, which is extremely appreciated attribute when dealing with contractors. For those reasons alone, if I need a new roof anytime in the future (and I really hope I don't anytime soon!) I will probably call them again first.

It went very well!! There were here before the time scheduled, when they cut and trimmed branches off of roof, they took them with them to get rid of. They were very responsible men and even gave me a hint on how to keep the slippiness off of my patio. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

This project was an absolute great experience. The entire staff at Holzer Resnick was very professional, explained all work completely, and performed their work as stated. I would recommend Holzer Resnick to anyone that needs their expertise in roofing, windows, etc. Sean Stoker did a great job in his presentation of the work to be performed and was a great resource for any questions. A very special compliment to Jason who coordinated all of the work to be done as he went beyond the call of duty. There are so many bad reviews and experiences that people complain about poor contractors, BUT NOT HOLZER RESNICK. They have set the bar for all others to aspire to.
