Roofing
The Company installed two ridge vents in my attic, which allowed the house to pass a home inspection. Two years later I had a home inspection done for other services, and when the serviceman went into the attic, he found water damage due to a bad ridge vent seal. As I understand that this can happen, I called the Company (Resch Construction) who had originally done the work, to come take a look at it. The Company did not return any of my phone calls. After a week and a half, in which it rained every day, I found a new roof contractor to fix the issue. Resch Construction is unresponsive, which makes me question the integrity of their work. I will not be referring anyone I know to this Company.
