Carl was always on time and called when he was going to be there. There was a problem with the tub supplier, but that was not Carl's fault. He made adjustments to the bill for the inconvenience. he was very skillful and knowledgeable about remodeling.

Gutted the kitchen. Removed all appliances, cabinets, counters, walls, flooring and ceiling. Redid all. Installed cabinets that we had purchased. Provided new electrical outlets and switches as needed and under-cabinet lighting. Put up new ceiling with new lighting. Installed new appliance that we had purchased. Laid new tile floor with tile that we had purchased. Granite counter tops were provided by another company. In first floor powder room, installed new cabinet with sink and new tile floor. In first floor hallway, ripped out existing tile to expose underlying wood floor. Installed new wood flooring for section of floor near front door to match remaining floor. Refinished entire hall hardwood floor. Finished stripping stairway to second floor and refinished stairway. We had already partial stripped stairway. The work went well. There were many surprises and questions as the work proceeded partly because of the age of the house (about 50 years old) and partly because we were not sure exactly what we wanted for certain aspects. Carl worked closely with us and all was resolved as work progressed and choices revealed themselves. The result was outstanding and we are delighted with all of it.
