Great!  Dropped the car off at 8 AM on a Wednesday and received a call that it was completed by 4:30 that same day.  Great, quick and reasonable service, you can't ask for more.

Highly Recommended! I called Mike on Thursday and asked if he could get to my car on Tuesday. He said to drop it off anytime after 7:30am and he would get to it. I arrived Tuesday morning a little after 8am and nobody was there. I called his cell and he said he was out picking up a customer's car, so I left my car w/ the keys. WOW - I read that Mike did pick up/drop off in other Angie's List reviews, but it didn't believe this was his standard service. I called back around 3pm to see if the inspection was done and Mike said it was ready to go. Passed and no up-sell for unnecessary repairs.
While I was there, I asked for an estimate to replace a lower ball joint on my wife's car. The rip-off artists at Firestone performed her inspection and provided an estimate that was over $400 ($220 in parts + $180 labor). Mike's estimate was a little over $150 ($50 for one ball joint + $100 labor).
Honest and very fair! Mike Eddy will be the only mechanic I go to from now on.

I dropped my car off on the way to work. Mike performed the inspection and dropped my car off afterward at my place of employment so I had a way home.

I have dealt with them for quite a few years and found them honest, patient and reliable. I got up with a very fair price. They showed up on time. In fact, they have been very generous with me that they picked up my car. I would definitely continue to use them in the future, and it is due to go again for an inspection.
