They are very friendly and helpful. They really do work with you. They are very polite to their customers.

My husband actually went down, he likes the place, he likes the people there. They’re nice, friendly and they hold to their service, they’re pretty good, I would rate them an “A”. That was the second one we purchased.

While I did not purchase my new Town & Country at Krebs - earlier in the week I had purchased an extended warranty from Krebs.  At the time, I also asked about Chrysler's paint sealant, leather protection and undercoating processes - which had been discussed by the dealer where I purchased the car and from where I had  received a brochure for Chrysler's Master Shield paint, leather and undercoating process.  The  sales rep from Krebs had no knowledge of the Chrysler Master Shield plan - which was somewhat surprising - but she did say they also offered a Chrysler backed paint sealant and leather projection process and gave me verbal details of the warranty.  She told me they send all of their undercoating work to a third party to handle - and thus - it would not be covered by a Chrysler warranty  I asked for some written information on their paint sealant and leather protection product -- which they were unable to provide.   I found it quite odd not to have written information which would outline what they were selling and what the service covered.   I did not want to purchase this service without having written documentation.  I was told they would try to find some information and send it to me.  After several attempts, I was notified they had information and were going to fax it to me.  Ultimately, I didn't get the information until I made a personal visit to the dealership.  Apparently, the service department had the brochures regarding the product -- but the sales people who are selling the service had no information. I did ultimately get the information and decided to purchase the sealant and leather protection.  However, I find it quite odd (not to mention poor business practice) that none of the sales people I talked to had any knowledge of the brochures or any written documentation -- until they had to "dig" for information.   I was very close to giving up and going to another dealing to purchase the service.  Hopefully going forward, Krebs will not permit their sales people to sell products without being able to provide written documentation - and that future customers will have an easier time learning about the products.  All in all - I do want to say that everyone I dealt with at Krebs were very friendly, professional and truly trying to accommodate my request.

I have been going to Krebs Dodge for over 10 years now for service and have very satisfied with their work they have done on all our cars and trucks throughout the years.  I trust the work they do and only suggest work that is really needed.  They have gone above and beyond any other service I have used in the past.
I also purchased my most recent Ram truck from this Dealer and by far the best experience ever.

I called several dealers to compare the cost of the Chrysler extended warranty as quoted by the dealer who sold me my van and who gave me information on a 7-year and an 8-year extended warranty. Krebs in Gibsonia was the first dealer I called - I talked with Lori - she was extremrely pleasant and helpful, and she provided a quote lower than my initial dealer.  I called another dealer, and also went to the Chrysler website - where I talked with a representative.  The second dealer and Chrysler quoted higher prices than both my original dealer and Krebs .  However, when talking to the Chrysler website rep - he also provided a quote on a "lifetime" warranty -- which no other dealer provided.   Since I keep my cars for a long time - and put lots of miiles on them - I called all of the dealers back to get a quote on a lifetime warranty and Krebs in Gibsonia was still the best deal -- so I purchased the lifetime warranty from them.

Everything was done right and I did not have to wait long.

They were fine. I would use them again.
