Justin and his crew were excellent overall throughout the process, from the first call to the final product. Justin promptly responded to our initial call to request an estimate, and his crew reliably showed up on time each day as scheduled. Justin was responsive to all our requests, but also was very detail oriented and didn't hesitate to offer alternative ideas, which was much appreciated. We particularly appreciated his flexibility and how easy it was to communicate with him and his crew. Wouldn't hesitate to call on them again for another job.

It was great. Justin and his crew did a terrific job. They kept me informed along the way on everything. They cleaned up every day during the job. I would certainly have them do more remolding.

We bought a new dishwasher and found somebody to install it. However, the plumber said the dishwasher was stuck due to the tile. So I found Justin who leads a construction company. Justin and his team arrived on time and successfully replace the dishwasher without touching the tile. Also they fixed a mouse hole.

Justin's team (of 2) was very professional and courteous throughout the process. They covered the stairs and floor between our front door and bathroom during the duration of the work, and swept daily. They arrived generally when they said they would, and let us know what had happened when things came up (which were always related to the work, such as a run to Lowes). Justin is clearly very experienced, and could weigh in on what would work and what wouldn't work for our space. I actually wish he had shared more of his perspectives earlier in the process. The final work was great, and we are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. We would definitely recommend them to others-- they were so pleasant that my young daughter recently commented that she would like to have "Mr. Justin " and "Mr. Ryan" at her next birthday party.

It was excellent. I thought they were very professional and they cleaned up really nice every day. Anytime there was a decision to make even if I weren’t realized it, either way, they always ask or double check on things which is helpful. So very good communication and excellent customer service I would say.

It was installed quickly, looks great, and works well.

Justin (and Tim) were great! From the start, Justin was very responsive and throughout the job he was very punctual. He even emailed or texted if he was going to be a few minutes late because he was picking up supplies. The job was completed when he said it would be. Tile job looks very professional and he was amenable to using different brands of products and doing the tile pattern I wanted. Cleaned up the site every day. Great guys to be around, hardworking, interesting and helpful. It was such a pleasure to work with these guys--it's a pretty stressful thing to remodel a bathroom, but now I can't wait to bring them back to do the master bath. 

We were very happy with this contractor's work and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Justin installed a new bathroom exhaust fan for us on a day's notice. We contacted him and he gave us a quote within hours. He came the next day and was in and out in two hours time. He was courteous, friendly, punctual and knowledgable. The quality of the work was good and he left the work space very clean. We were so pleased we contacted him again to replace some flooring (including joists, subfloor, and vinyl) in a rental property we own on the opposite side of town from his location. He accepted the job. Again he was quick with his correspondence and price quote and did the work the next day. He spent 12 hours on the job that day and it looks great. Justin's pricing is not low but I feel it is on par with others in the field. The customer service, professionalism and quality are worth the cost.

The work went very smoothly with no major obstacles. The only thing we had to do that was outside the original scope was to completely demo all the existing drywall and install new. The original builder had cut corners by gluing wall paper directly to drywall! That added 10% to the total cost but it was necessary for a successful outcome.
Prior to that he replaced all the plumbing in a common wet wall between two bathrooms and installed new valves and bath/shower fixtures in both. I redid the electrical wiring except for pulling one new run for the new ceiling light and final terminations. Wall and floor tiles and toilet went in with no problems.
We also had Justin hang a new door and install a new door knob.
There was a delay from the manufacturer of the vanity and quartz top but Justin was easily able to schedule around them. Except for the unexpected delays the room was 70% usable in 3 weeks!
Overall I would say that my family and I are super satisfied with Justin's work! We'll defintely have him back to work on our next project - the kitchen!

Justin (and Tim) needed to start late due to another job running overtime.  They did their best to make up for lost time, but ran into some trouble with the demolition.  It was much more time intensive than was anticipated.  They arrived each morning, ready to work and kept the mess to a minimum.  They cleaned up each day before they left.
We discovered an issue with repositioning the toilet.  There would have been too much space between the back of the toilet and the wall.  Justin and I looked on line until I found something I liked, and Justin constructed a great shelf that matches the decor and makes up for the excess space.
I worked with Lola, whom Justin recommended, to purchase all of the replacement pieces; for instance the toilet, sink, tub, fixtures, etc.  She was absolutely wonderful, finding me great prices through her suppliers.  She also found the PERFECT bathtub for us. 
Quite frankly, while the project took longer than expected, Justin's work has "spoiled" us for bathrooms.  There is NO OTHER bathroom that will satisfy me!  I love my new bathroom, and I LOVE my new tub.
I'm so glad that we went with Justin, after having 5 other estimates.  He talked with me, explained everything he would do and everything he did every step of the way.  When we ran into the issue with the placement of the toilet, Justin's comment was reassuring, "No problems, just solutions."  He and Tim were able to make some suggestions that added to the aesthetics and we couldn't be happier with the end product.
I've already recommended him to friends.  Good guy and an honest hard worker!

We needed drywall, electrical, and fixture installation in one of our bedrooms. Justin and his drywall guy Tim did an excellent job in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier with the work! Justin's bid was well under a previous bid we had received. Throughout the process Justin was highly professional, easy to get ahold of, and very flexible.

Justin and his employee, Tim, were both a joy to be around.  I felt comfortable with Justin from the time he first arrived at my home to find out what all I wanted to have done.  Justin gave advice along the way as necessary and was very willing to modify the plan if you thought of something along the way that you wanted to change.  He gave a very detailed quote.  His quote will include his cost for labor and rough materials only.  You will pick out and pay for all of your fixtures on your own which is nice because you can go anywhere that you want to in order to find everything that you want.  My total price that I listed above includes both his labor costs and all of the costs for the fixtures that I used.  All of the products that I purchased were very high end products including the fact that we went with Travertine tile instead of Ceramic tile.  One quesion that was asked above was "Would you use this contractor again?".  Not only is my answer to this question yes but we actually are having him stay longer now that the bathroom is done to complete another smaller project that we were going to hold off on until later.          
We have other projects that we will be doing in the futur tht we will defentily be contacting hm for.

I was very happy I joined Angie's list, otherwise I would not have met Justine owner of Rivers Kitchen and Bath.  We interviewed four other contractors to remodel  second floor bathroom, also re- plaster  living room ceiling due to a leak from upstairs tub. Justine stood out among the others for is knowledge and expertise in his skilled profession. He submitted a very detailed and reasonable  estimate within a week. Justine and Tim his employee were very impressive with concern for their customers. They used drop cloths to protect carpet, were very neat about cleaning up at the end of the day. Justine was very cost effective for suggesting suppliers to purchase quality bath fixtures, he made the whole process easy and seamless for us. This was the best remodeling process we ever had done. We have an old house and have done a lot of projects over the years, this project by far was less stressful since Justine handled any problems with ease. We did not have shut off valves in the bathroom, when he went to turn off main water valves we found out they were faulty and did not work. This was not a  problem,  Justine installed new valves on main water supply plus shut off valves to shower with an access panel. They worked hard everyday, they barely took time to eat lunch while continuing bathroom. Tims expert skill in drywall  fixed the living ceiling where you can not tell where he did new drywall. The bathroom is beautiful it exceeded  our expectations.  If and when I do our other bathroom or kitchen i will make one call to Rivers Kitchen and Bath. THANK YOU Justine and Tim, we are still admiring the new bathroom.

From start to finish I was impressed with Justin (owner) and his employee Tim.  I called several companies from Angie's list to gut and redo our upstairs bathroom.  It was important to have someone right away because the bathroom became unusable. A few companies were not able to start for 2-3 months.  I called Justin and he was out within 1-2 days for an estimate.  His estimate was thorough and detailed everything.  He started immediately once the contract was signed.  They worked all day everyday and Justin
was on site everyday except when the drywall muddying was done which Tim handles alone.  Everyday they came and placed drop clothes down to protect my carpet. Everyday they completely cleaned up which is very important to us.  They are both very contentious and are very detailed oriented.  They are honest hard-working guys and I will recommend them to friends and family. I couldn't be more pleased!   Thank you Rivers for a job well done!!!!

Justin is the only one that I call for home repair or remodeling jobs.  The quality of his work keeps him in a separate category.  Today he and Tim replaced all the molding in my living room and dining room and down a hallway.  When Justin was trimming out a door he noticed the door was  loose and stopped to fix it so the molding would fit properly.  I was telling him about a floating shelf that  I was trying to hang and he stopped to look at it and offered to hang it.  Justin is such a honest man and truly takes pride in his work.  I am already booking my next project.  THE BEST!!!!

This is the second time I've used Rivers and again it was a good experience.  George remodeled my kitchen for a very reasonable price.  I will use their services in the future.

We had a great experience with Justin. From start to finish, we were impressed with his knowledge and care to do a great job. Justin was willing to work with us on all scheduling and budget issues, which set him apart from other contractors we were considering. Since we were starting our project from scratch, Justin helped direct us in selecting the layout and finishes, resulting in a great end product. Working from home, we saw Justin and his team every day - they were considerate of us and overall just really nice guys to work with. We would recommend them highly!

Justin is very professional and does excellent carpentry work.  He remodeled a bathroom (A+) for us, so I asked if he could also install an entry door and storm door in our kitchen.  He actually came out on a Sunday - during a Steeler game to complete the work!  That's the best example of dedication and customer service I ever witnessed from a contractor!  He's precise and the doors look terrific - also, I have no more cold drafts.  I would recommend Justin for any home remodeling jobs.

Justin is a remarkable contractor! We hired him to gut and remodel a 3 piece bath.   From the time he provided the reasonable estimate throughout the completion of the job, he was honest, hard-working, creative, patient and always on time.  Justin is very particular, and doesn?t take short cuts.   His carpentry and plumbing skills and knowledge are second to none.  I was worried that a small bathroom (5 x 9) could hardly be worth remodeling, but with Justin's expertise we have a beautful new bathroom. 
Also, his design suggestions throughout the project were extremely helpful and appreciated (floor tile design, shower tile design, lighting, even the paint color!)  The shower tile pattern is gorgeous!  We received so many compliements.   We decided to have our powder room remodeled by Justin, too. He really does wonderful and professional work.  I would highly recommend him for any bathroom remodel/redesign.

Tub was only 4.5 feet long. Removed back wall, thank God no pipes. Reinforced area for shower seat. Installed shower, replaced tile above shower with white tile. Replaced sink with new vanity/cabinet. Replaced part of floor with floor that I had from floor was replaced 2 years ago.Filled in yellow tile behind sink. Moved medicine cabinet and light. Had to remove commode to replace floor. Nice new shower head with removable hand held shower.Has numerous settings. The only thing was when I turned the shower on I had a blast of cold water, I had the whole shower head turned on instead of the hand held part. I love my new shower !!! Still cleaning up plaster dust through the house, reminds me of when I had wall paper removed and repainted. Did have several problems. when shower came in 1 panel was cracked and the sink was wrong color. This was from the distributer. If anyone has some remolding done you know how sneaky that plaster dust is. Very hard to contain. Going to kitchen done by them when I have enough money. Already came up with rearrangement suggestions.

Justin could not have been better, from start to finish.  Of the 3 contractors we called, he was the most responsive and the fairest price.  He called when he said he would, had the estimate to us when he said he would, and start and finished the project when he said he would!  Amazing!  Anyone that has worked with contractors knows how truly unique that is!
The work Justin did was also perfect.  His problem solving skills and attention to detail were second to none!  He came up with some great ideas when we designed the project, which turned out better than we anticipated.  He was also flexible in allowing us to purchase our own sink and toilet to help save some costs.
We could not have been happier with Justin and would highly recommend him to anyone...as a matter of fact, he just did a job for my neighbor.  Will certainly use him for future projects we are planning.

Our kitchen remodel job initially was going to be a project that we were tackling ourselves..However the job became to overwelming when we realized that our subfloor needed to be replaced also....This is where Justin comes in.. He came in and completed our project beautifully. He had to replace a subfloor and install a new kitchen floor...he then installed our cabinets that we purchased. He did a great job...always arrived on time and worked all day with no breaks...they worked very hard to please.
