IMMEL BICYCLE CENTER

My Airdyne is at least a dozen years old & has never been serviced as the store I bought it from closed & I don't own a vehicle large enough to move it myself. Luckily I found this shop near where I recently moved.  Mr Kinkead offered to pick-up & return my unit after servicing it. 
It has been heavily used so it badly needed a servicing. It's noticeably smoother than it was.  I don't know exactly what he did as I'm not a bicycle mechanic myself, but Mr Kinkead is a 3rd generation bicycle mechanic as the shop was founded by his grandfather, so he knows bicycles.  Given my bike's age + wear & tear, I'm confident he did as well as could be done with it.

Allen was great, he explained everything we needed to know per selecting a bike.  Once we chose a bike, he explained all the features and benefits. Also before we left the store when we came back to pick up the bike, he made sure my son was comfortable with his new bike. Great experience with this store and I would recommend purchasing your next bike here or bringing a bike here for service.

Immel Bicycle serviced and repaired our bicycles by the date they stated. We've been their customer for years. Their prices for bike repair and servicing are very reasonable and we have no complaints about the quality of their work. We've also bought several of their reconditioned bicycles and were able to get good bikes at a fraction of the cost of new ones. We are casual cyclists who bicycle for fun and fitness.

This shop is just like the small town bike shop you remember when you where a kid. Only 2 people where working on a Saturday. The shop seems old and dusty. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable about bikes and repairs. My bike was tuned up and required a small repair. We got the bike back that very day. The sales staff informed us about hitches and the best places to go to have them installed. Because we were so impressed with the service and the price we paid, we went back to purchase a new bike for our child. The price on the new bikes are more expensive than what you would pay at a Walmart, but we got a nice Schwinn Bike for a fair price. We wanted to buy here as we had such a positive experience with the tune up. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs or any questions you may have regarding bikes.
