This is the second time we dealt with Dave & his team and both experiences were actually pleasant.  Polite & professional, with quality work at a fair price.  How often can you say that these days!?

Dave and the guys repaired my rear bumper after my "not yet a year old" car was rear ended.  The bumper looks BRAND NEW!!! and the guys had the job done in the 2 days they quoted me!!  As a woman, sometimes anything to do with automotive can be intimidating but I never felt uncomfortable for a moment! All of the guys were polite and respectful...but most importantly, my baby (Subaru Crosstrek XV) is as good as new!!!

In both cases work was done promptly and economically. Best thing was the communication. I was kept informed with every step on cost what was done and what needed to be done. A little hard to find the location but I'll have all my vehicles worked on there going forward.

This was a 10 year old car that I had owned for one year. It showed no signs of major rust at the time of purchase. After a stormy winter, the right rocker panel was showing significant rust, and if left untouched, would have doomed my car after another winter, as had happened to my previous car.
I sent the car to Dave's to get work done in order to pass inspection. They were unable to locate a panel from usual factory and junkyard sources for my not very common small SUV. Dave told me he would figure out what to do. It took almost a month, but he eventually found someone to fabricate a part. Then Dave's crew installed it and painted it, such that after two years, I can't tell that it was patched.
When I finally got the car back, I found out that the seat belts on the passenger side were not working, likely clogged with sand used during the repair work. It took another day to have those installed, and when I paid the bill, they gave a discount since I was without the car so long.
