We were dissatisfied with our experiences with various groomers in the Pittsburgh area - then we discovered Claws and Paws! Marcelo grooms our standard schnauzer to look like her show dog parents! We have always been pleased with his work, his kind treatment of Maggie, and the conditions of his shop. Maggie loves him! Marcelo exemplifies a professional groomer who knows how to please his customers. We highly recommend him.

We have been going to Marcelo since he acquired Claws and Paws from the former owner. We could not be more pleased with him or his services. It is very obvious that he is a true animal LOVER! Our Fred has had some serious health issues, including open heart surgery at the age of 12 weeks and Marcelo has shown nothing but love and true compassion while Fred is in his care. His grooming skills are perfection and special care is always taken with his ears, eyes, paws and bottom. We have a new addition to our family, 11 weeks old and quot;Gracieand quot; and can't wait for her to meet Marcelo, I'm sure she will love him as much as Fred and we do!

We took our cat to at least 3 other places in Pittsburgh. No one would touch him because he is so difficult. Linda said she never met a cat/animal that she couldn't tame. She has and continues to for several years now. Very friendly staff, too.
