The guy left a note on the sink telling me that he "couldn't get the spray hose to stop dripping." It was brand new. Who does that?!?!?

Couldn't have gone better. Arrived on time, Did work in a reasonablre amount of time. Have used Ed for nearly 30 years. Best plumber we've ever had - when he comes. Sometimes he's been too busy to do our work,

I have used this guy for about 5 or 6 years, always under an emergency type situation. He has always been extremely available and came with fairly quick notice. He always has done a professional job with a reasonable price.
