I CALLED AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT, LOCKING THE PRICE IN. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP FOUR DAYS LATER, HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA, GOING UP ON THE PRICE. IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND. I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE BILL GOING UP ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
