It was good. He did good work. We had to use a subcontractor so he had to work around the subcontractors. When you are working with a third party, they are not able to do things that they would normally do in the timeline that they would normally work on and finish the job. Considering the prices that I had gotten before, I think their prices were better. I think they were maybe a little bit higher than I thought but really lower than their original estimate. They did a good job. It is hard to be perfect when you are dealing with concrete and stuff like that. The job was easy. The problem was that we didn’t have the product here to actually make things perfect, but it was perfect to what we did. We had front steps that were pre-cast, so we wanted to get rid of the steps that were in front and have them replaced with pre-cast. He could have poured just regular steps like they normally do, but that would have taken a lot more concrete and a lot more cost on that end, and would also have been more rigorous work for them. So, what we did was that we found a local person that wasn’t too far away that actually cast concrete steps. They didn’t have the steps here and they had to demolish the steps that were here. So they just had to pour slab to roughly the dimensions that they had. So, they poured the slab to the dimensions that they had even though they didn’t have the steps here to work with. They had to do all that, and when the steps came, we had to adjust whatever we could to the steps. The steps weigh ten tons and I just can't get the steps and have them sitting here and work around them. Every time I called or had a question or something like that, they would always call back and give me the information or tell me what was going on or what we would have to do and all that kind of stuff. They did a really good job.
Description of Work: I used them to put in pre-cast concrete steps.
