MRC Inspections residential and commercial

Matthew arrived early and began the outside walk around he showed me those things that were of interest or needed repair he answered my questions in a professional and informative manner. He was communicative without the patronizing attitude sometimes offered by trades people talking to layman. He did a very thorough inspection opening every door and window checking every outlet. He explained and tested every system explaining simple maintenance tips that will keep them at optional performance. He didn't push for the higher cost service they offer but explained the pros and cons of both and seemed happy with my choice of the cheaper service. ( and this was before the service was provided)
