BADLY! the owner and his wife and son do not communicate very well ! they kept blaming  the weather, when there where times they could do the work. Their 2 weeks took over a month! Also, they came to work w/ not enough people; so more days delay. The owner should have known what  ALL was needed when he came to inspect the house before doing the job.  When i looked at the installment, it wasn't what i was inspecting! i was inspection the entirely protected tubular hood.....they did come back to lower the open hood they had put on.  i ask  the owner,  2 MONTHS AGO,  to put  metal sides to protect the fabric awning. He STILL hasn't done it or contacted me!  WARNING: be real pacific of what you order and ask ALOT of questions to make sure you are get what you want!!

Richard and Butch from Battlefield Hearth and Solar have, over the past two years, cleaned my two pellet inserts for half the price of their bigger competitors. They have also installed a stainless steel liner in one fireplace insert as mandated by the State. This was also at about half the price quoted by another company. The quality of their work has been as good or better as any other company I have engaged. I have also bought a half ton of pellets from them and these pellets burn as efficiently as any on the market. Their laid-back style is one I like; no pressure from them to do anything except that as required to get the job done.

They did a great job. As a matter of fact, they did some work for me on the garage. They set it up so that I can eventually do radiating floor heat before they poured the concrete.
