A large group of hard workers finished the entire job in a single day

I contacted Alam B Roofing to provide me a quote for shingle repair.  They arrived exactly when they said they would.  After a visual inspection from the ground they also proceeded to get on the roof to inspect it closer and give an accurate estimate.  After they gave me an estimate I contacted them the next day to schedule the repair.  I was given a repair date  for the following Friday @ 8:00 am.
The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am and began the work.  This was a great group of guys...they worked efficiently and had the utmost respect for my property.  After the work on the roof was completed they continued their professionalism by cleaning up any debris or scrap and left my property just as it was when they began.  I was present the entire time and I can tell you the repair was done correctly, with quality material, excellent workmanship, and it looks great.  I would personally recommend Alam B. Roofing to anyone...honestly the best experience I have had with a contractor.  Thanks Alam B. Roofing!

We contacted several roofing contractors for estimates.  Alam B Roofing was the most responsive and the one most willing to work with us to stay within our budget.  Our existing roof sheathing was in fine shape so no need to replace any lumber, simply remove the old and install the new.  However, our house is a simple 2 story center hall colonial with a flat roofline which we wanted to enhance to add some more character to our home.  There are also several other homes in our neighborhood that were built by the same builder and look exactly the same so after 20 years we wanted to set ourselves apart from the others - so we also requested they build a new peak dormer on the main roof.  We discussed sizes as we didn't want the dormer to be an overpowering focal point but a nice addition of character and accent.  On construction day the carpenters and I talked through the dormer even more, and he suggested we bump about another additional foot larger than initially proposed.  Worked out to be a fantastic change and we couldn't be happier with the final look.  They installed the dormer and shingled the roof with GAF Timberline Ultra HD shingles in charcoal.  The crew working onsite was well organized and installation went very well.  The final product looks great.

I lowered the review only slightly on the Responsiveness and Punctuality simply because I knew they were VERY busy but at times it still took a little bit for them to get back to me.  We also had to reschedule one of the meetings last minute due to an emergency on their side.  But honestly, I may be being picky as they were by far the most responsive of the contractors I contacted.

There is one aspect of the job that really stood out and was most meaningful to me, and that is the presence of Alam and his brother Jose on the job through most of the day.  They did not just send out a crew on their own, they spend a great deal of time on the job all day overseeing the project.  Not that the crew needed babysitting, as I mentioned they were well organized, but it was clear they cared about the outcome and wanted to be there to ensure our satisfaction with the work.  Multiple times through the day we touched base with them constantly asking my thoughts on how the project was progressing, if everything looks good, were we happy with how it looked, etc.  They wanted to provided good quality work and it showed. 

We contacted them and they answered quickly. The sales person came up and look around our house and told me that he would have the estimate by the next day and which he did. After I agreed it wasn't till a week later that they went and fix the roof. There was only a few guys working which they were great! The person in charge knew what he was doing and was very friendly. It took them a couple days to fish but I was very happy with the over all product. Recommend them to anyone!

The provider knew exactly what he was doing. The job was done efficiently and professionally. The repairmen were friendly and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

They were absolutely amazing. They came out and helped us pick out the color for the new shingles because we weren't sure what would match with our brick. They were there when they said they would be. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. There was no debris in the yard at all. Their employees were very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.
