Work promptly and efficiently done. Top quality workmanship. Roof was only 13 years old when storm ripped off 10% of shingles. Improper installation by other contractor voided warranty. Bathroom vent fans discharged into attic space causing condensation and mold. Contractor replaced roof including the roof decking, removed insulation batts and arranged for new, more efficient insulation to be blown in. New bathroom fans were added that vent through roof to avoid future problems. I sprayed roof rafters to eliminate a small amount of remaining mold.
