Brian came to our house on 6/20/16 for estimate. When he left he said he would have the estimate by the end of the week. On 6/22 I emailed to confirm glass was Low-e. He responded right away that it was. On 6/30 I emailed asking for an update on the estimate. No reply. 7/5 I emailed again for an update. No reply. 7/8 emailed again with same result. 7/9 tried again with same result. On 7/10 I emailed him from a different email acct asking if he did work in my area. He responded in minutes that he did. Even if he didn't want to do the work he should have had the decency to let us know. He may do good work (or not) but I'll never know. I simply suggest you look elsewhere for a more trustworthy provider.

Dealing with Lowe's was difficult and frustrating but once they put me in touch with BK Door and Window Services it went very well.  Next time I'll work directly with BK Door and Window Services from start to finish and leave Lowe's out of it.
