Removed a dead tree and stump. Also, trimmed 8 others. Very neat and professional.

The response to our initial inquiry was immediate and a meeting was held the next day to go over the work to be done. We were given several options with regard to pricing (time/materials vs bid estimate) and method of payment. Because of the scope of the work to be done and the possibility that it could vary as the job progressed, we opted for a time and materials agreement which allowed us flexibility to define the work as it progressed. Due to wet weather and soil conditions on other jobs, Atlas was able to schedule our work immediately and they began the next day. The crew showed up every day on time, worked steadily and thoroughly cleaned up each day prior to leaving. If any questions regarding the work requested arose, I was consulted immediately. In addition, if there were areas needing attention which I had overlooked, they were brought to my attention for a decision on how to proceed.

Their prices have always been the lowest of several bids. Better yet, their work is excellent. I have a wood stove, and Atlas not only sections it for me, but has always stacked it neatly, ready for me to split and move. I have never found even one twig remaining on my lawn. On my last job to remove a dead tree, they could not complete my job at the promised time because several emergencies caused by storm damage took priority, which was understandable. Yet, when they did get to my job they pruned my neighboring tree at no charge, without my asking!
