"Thank you for your kind words and your compliments. We are thankful that you chose to allow us to care for your trees, and we hope that we will have opportunities to do so again in the future. We strive always to provide the quality of service that we would like to receive ourselves. However, in this case it seems that we have made a mistake and neglected to properly explain our processes. Stump grinding is performed by a separate crew, and is typically performed on a different date from the tree removal. We apologize for not explaining this to you when we initially met. Removal of the stump grindings is not included with stump grinding, and this is clearly stated on our quotes. We offer an option to have the grindings removed by one of our landscaping partners, but a basic stump grinding service does not include removal of the grindings."
