Quality Roof Works

We contacted Steve after a wonderful recommendation by a friend of ours. We also saw them doing someone else in the neighborhood. We called for an estimate and Steve came out quickly and talked through all of our concerns with the original roof installation that was not done right by the builders (they even forgot the wood behind the fascia in one spot!). The estimate was a great price and included price per sq ft for anything they were only going to replace if needed. When it came time to do the work, he was very responsive as to their schedule, which I know is so weather dependent. He kept me up to date as far as when they would come to do the work. They finished in one day, with the gutters being done the next day. Everything looks great and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The gutters are a great quality and they even accommodated a request to have the downspout moved to the other side and go through the deck instead of across the walkway like it had been. High quality workmanship all around!!

Great service and fair pricing... Steve was very responsive by phone and email, always willing to work with you and meet around your schedule. Roof was fully replaced in one day!! Technical issues with a skylight were beyond their control but Steve made two return trips to get the new remotes programmed and fully functional.

Mr. Stephen Stoltzfus of Quality Roof Works responded promptly to our initial inquiry about installing a new roof and came out and checked the condition of our roof (other roofing companies did not actually check the condition of the roof). We had two other roofing companies come out and give us estimates for the shingles we wanted, and Mr. Stoltzfus' estimate was the best. The crew came out on May 17th, and finished the installation on the 18th. They came early and worked late. Cleanup was exceptional. In my estimation Mr. Stoltzfus and his crew are the best in the business and we love our new roof!

Steve was very friendly and explained everything along with all available options. All the work was completed on time, at the price quoted and looks great. All the waste was removed the same day and sheets of plywood were laid on the ground so the equipment did not damage my lawn.

The estimate for all of this came in at about the same as just the roof replacement estimates we got from two other roofing companies, with no additional work. We went with Stolzfus and Sons and could not be happier!!
We had them do the roof all of the additional work that we were given estimates for and the total ended up less than the original estimate. They did an excellent job and it only took them a few days to complete everything. I am writing this review nearly a year later and no issues have copped up at all.
They were very friendly and answered all questions along the way in a very professional manner. They were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!!

Steve came out and gave us a no-nonsense assessment and discussion of options and pricing. Then his brother came out with a crew and did all the work in one day. They were efficient, considerate, patient with my questions, good at explaining things, and thorough in every detail, including cleaning up afterward.

He performed very well. He did like three other roofs in the neighborhood including ours. He did an excellent job, firm, thorough, professional, complete, and very good. I will use him again. I think they did an outstanding job all around. They came when they were schedule to come. They did a nice job on the roof. They did a nice job of cleaning up. They did a good job of staying in touch and keeping me informed if I had questions. I got a very good price/quality benefit. The people in the neighborhood had used their services. We looked at the job that they did there. We talked to the neighbors and so they were recommended.
