Ideal Siteworks was phenomenal. He showed up with a good understanding of the job. He didn't try to oversell me and did quality work at an excellent price. He was easy to communicate with- he showed up promptly at the appointed time to give me a quote and gave me that quote within 24 hours. He had me on his schedule to perform the work just a few days later and also showed up promptly to do the job- re-grading a corner of my backyard so my foundation wouldn't constantly have water contact and smoothed out a garden bed I was removing in the process.. He stuck to the quote and I'm so happy with his work. I would not hestitate to hire him again!

The owner of the company was very professional, capable, and did phenomenal work. We had significant issues with poor drainage under the foundation. The ground around the perimeter of our house was always soaked. This contractor did a phenomenal job. The contractor dug several trenches and connected our downspouts to a network of underground pipes to divert water away from house. All the pipes then connected to a rain garden. He also regraded our ground to ensure groundwater was not directed to our foundation. Long gone are the days of a backyard swamp and in the long run he saved our foundation ( did I mention our concrete block was sitting in 12 inches of water). After weeks went by, he even made a surprise visit to see how his work performed after a recent torrential downpour. Bottom line, this contractor is highly professional, skilled, and was reasonably priced. He gave us an estimate that he did not deviate from and completed the work on time. His experience and expertise were invaluable.
