"I am sorry the customer was unhappy. But she was involved in the entire process start to finish. I explained to her I left a part of the closet ALSO because if it was removed the floor and ceiling would not match and also for access to plumbing. I only left 15 inches of closet, not two feet, the 15 inches would not have made any difference, as the toilet end - where she claims it's too tight, is the opposite end of the room. The toilet/sink are tight because she only wanted the bathroom 3 feet wide. I told her that would be tight. Client was consulted and signed off on all aspects of the work. I have done work for [member name removed] in the past, there was never any questions or complaints, thus her calling me back. I do not understand her unhappiness, she never complained to me directly about any concerns and she paid promptly. I wish if she had problems or complaints she would have contacted me first. Thank you."
