 + -1 moreI didn't even know I could order table pads and they gave the other company all the specifications and they had the pads made for the table. Their location is close down the street from me and I liked their furniture a lot.
Description of Work: Hendrixson's ordered dining room table pads on my behalf.

 + -1 moreI 'm still waiting for my nite stand.
Description of Work: On 1/28/09 I purchased a bedroom set and mattress. The set came at the end of April 2009. I had only ordered one night stand, but then I decided to get another. I ordered it on 10/6/10 and was told it would take 12 to 14 weeks. When it arrived in February 2011 it was the wrong finish, so I returned it. I was told it would be another 12 to 14 weeks, and in May they called and said it was in. However, 2 days later they called and said it was not mine. It is July 25 and my nightstand is still not in. When i called to complain they said i would have to wait. I think 5 months is a long time to wait, especially when they made the mistake. Of course they have my money, so what do they care? I will never buy there again, and will strongly discourage anyone from buying there. There are, after all, other furniture stores.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH HENDRIXSON'S FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THEY CARRY HIGH QUALITY, BRAND NAME LINES AND HAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE. LAST WEEK WE PURCHASED A STICKLEY DINING ROOM TABLE AND 6 CHAIRS AND 4 BAR STOOLS. WE USUALLY DEAL WITH JUDY EBERLE, BUT ALL THE SALES PEOPLE SEEM VERY ACCOMMODATING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WITHOUT BEING AT ALL PUSHY. GREAT SALES - SO GET ON THEIR MAILING LIST.
