It went well. They showed up on time, they were pleasant and personable, and there was no mess. That is, they used their own water and it was recycled back into thier van. They got out some stains I had given up on. On the whole, the carpets looked good, especially in the minivan. Also, there was no perfume smell when they were done - no smell at all - which I very much liked. I would certainly use them again.

They arrived right at 8 am and explained their process. They were able to get out almost all stains, even ones other cleaners couldn't remove. Very happy with their service.

I have been using their service for the last 25 years. They have consistently done an excellent job in a very timely manner. They can get out stains you never thought could be removed. Very professional for a great price. You can't go wrong with these guys!
