They do a good job.  They are honest and reliable.   

If they can?t fix something they will refer you to someone who can.  I think there are some cars that they don?t want to work with.  I never had a problem with them.  They are pretty quick and I don?t have trouble getting an appointment.  They just call me when the work is done.    

We will not take our vehicles to any other location unless BJ's recommends it. They have always been honest, reasonable and professional. Additionally, they support the Freeport community.

It went well. He picked up our car and drove it to his shop. From there he performed a thorough check and drove it probably 25 or 30 miles to check for problems. He then reported he thought it ran great and charged us a nominal fee for his time.

They worked on my daughter’s car too. Even my kids who live 20 miles away bring their cars to Bj's Auto Service. They are honest and wouldn’t patch things up till it costs more. They are pretty reasonably priced for doing repairs. They usually get us in and talk to us on the same day. Sometimes we can’t get in for even a week because they would be that busy. They are nice people.

We regularly use BJ'S for our auto repairs and inspections. They are reasonably priced and do not "find" unnecessary repairs to pad the bill. Recently, our daughter's car would not start .She had it towed to BJ's. It needed a starter. She and her husband were happy with the repair and it's cost. They live about 25 miles away and the local repair shops are much higher priced. They will be bringing their cars to BJ's now for inspections and repairs. We routinely take our cars there as do our other family members.
