I could not be more pleased with the services, quality of workmanship, and professionalism by each member of the Urban Plumbers team. They were spot on with regard to the length of time projected to complete the job. Jack, Travis, Bob, and Luke were congenial and very easy to communicate with.

Plumber responded later on the day I called to discuss what had to be done. He showed up promptly the next morning. He explained the proper repair needed since the existing situation wasn’t appropriate for long term repair. He completed repair that met current acceptable codes in a timely manner and a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the professionalism, quick response and quality of work. I would definitely consider using them again and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Mr. Urban was very responsive and came to my home right away. He had to snake the drain when we could not determine where the problem was located, he snaked the drain with a camera and identified the location of the problem. The problem required major outdoor work, but I feel Mr. Urban was very fair in the hours he spent identifying the initial problem and time repairing the damage inside the house.
