Kevin was excellent. Prompt return call and came right out the next day. Placed traps for squirrels in the problem areas on the roof and captured both within a few days. Came back out and sealed up the areas to prevent re-entry. Very professional and excellent work completion. Will definitely used his services in the future if needed.

Called Critter Control at 5:30 pm on a Friday about a bat in my family room fireplace. Kevin called me back within 30 minutes. He offered to come out that night but we decided it would be better to come out in the morning. He arrived at my house promptly at 9 am on Saturday morning. He could not find the bat in the fireplace. He discovered a small hole in the bottom of the fireplace. So he checked out the crawl space underneath my family room. He climbed into the crawl space and quickly caught the bat and put it in a jar. He took the bat with him to release on his own property. He put a new cap on the top of my chimney to prevent any more bats getting into the chimney. Kevin was extremely friendly and thorough. I also had him check my attic for animals because we sometimes heard noises. He did not find anything up there and said we were probably hearing animals on the roof.

They came the same day. They set four traps, and one resulted in a dead mole within 6 hours. This was a better result than the exterminator company got within 6 months, and at a fraction of the cost. I've been just slightly put off by their unwillingness to guarantee anything, but that might be reasonable given the tendency for new mole populations to move into an area. I'm also somewhat nervous about their two F ratings on Angie's List ... but so far, my experience has been good.

I called around 8:00 am one morning and spoke with someone from the answering service. I waited 2 days and no one called me back so I called again and about 5 days after someone was able to come to my house. I have 3 separate attics that do not connect and I was unsure entirely which of the attics the activity was in as it was in an area that could have been from either of the 2 attics. Critter control only looked in 2 of the attics and found a hole in the siding under one roof where they presumed things were getting in. I was actually getting my roof replaced at the same time so the roofers repaired this area. Critter control set a trap in one of the attics. In the meantime about two weeks go by and I am hearing noises at night and in the morning in the attic. The noises are confined to the attic they did noit look in. They called to check on the progress with the traps about 2 weeks after they set them and I inform them that the traps are empty and that I am hearing noises in the attic they did not look into. Their suggestion to me was to take the trap out of the one attic and put it on the roof. So exactly what service am I paying for here? It was raining hard that night and we were having decent winds so of course I am not going to go up onto my roof when it is raining to put a trap there that is most likely going to blow off of the roof. The next day I get a message on my phone from them stating that they drove by the house and did not see the trap on the roof and they were wondering why that was. SERIOUSLY! I called them the following day and told them they can come pick up their trap. I bought my own traps online and will attempt to deal with it myself. If that fails I will contact another company but I definitely do not recommend this one. It was a COMPLETE waste.

The work went well. I thought the work was a little expensive, but I knew that ahead of time, and I had no choice, I needed this done. He was very informative of how to look for bats, and told me it was baby bat season! He was very nice and personable. He identified where they are coming in and will be caulking between the soffit and the brick soon.

The problem is that he never caught anything. Also he never called me, I had to be the one to follow-up with him each time. He was nice to deal with, but I would not use them again because my problem was left unresolved.

Promptly returned our initial phone call (we called 3 companies in total and this was the only one that called back the same day). Came to our home 2 days after our original call and was on time. Kevin was knowledgeable and polite. When he told me that we needed to have some openings in our roofline repaired, I asked him how quickly he could do it. He was able to come back the next evening after hours to do the work and once again, he was right on time. I'm not sure that he price is the best you would find, but when you have bats in your house, I think the ability to take care of this quickly is the most important factor. The cost to come out to ''diagnose'' the problem was $130 and the cost to fix the problem was $200.
