Chris showed up on time for an emergency clog, he stayed 4 hours until he figured out the problem and removed tree roots. He uses the camera to show you inside the pipe. He gave me an estimate for the future on the spot. Thank you for your help!

Valley Sewer called us within 1 hour of requesting quote. They were on site in 2 hours. Very Thorough, explained everything. We will use them again and would suggest always getting a second opinion. We were told our sewer lime needed to be replaced by another contractor... They used their camera and showed us that our sewer line was old but still intact and we just had a clogged line. Very reasonable rates.

Chris is extremely thorough, meticulous, and conscientious. He also is very good at explaining plumbing issues and all possible solutions to a problem so we can make an informed decision. We recently asked him to replace a toilet in our home and, in the process, he corrected another plumbing issue we had been having for some time. We highly recommend Chris and Valley Sewer Company
