Of course I was afraid the pump was completely shot, but the technician spent a couple of hours to properly diagnose the problem which turned out to only be a couple of rather inexpensive parts.
Very responsive, professional service and a fair price (especially considering it was a weekend) and no run around at all. They could very easily have taken me for a ride but didn't.
