Hatch Plumbing & Heating

My handicapped father had an accident and broke the toilet! Luckily he was able to get the water shut off. I called Hatch and they were there within an hour to to get him all fixed up. I would highly recommend them!

I've used Hatch Plumbing for a long time, they've always done a wonderful job. Very thorough and give great service. We've used them several times, whenever we have a need, we use Hatch. They also offer great financing which we used on our new water heater!

They did a pretty good job. They are not cheap though and they do not accept credit cards. They take payments by cash, spread over a couple of months.

The workers made very sure that there were no leaks, cleaned up after themselves, and gave important plumbing tips. They did not remove their boots, but with the winter weather and the need to return to their vehicle for items it was understandable. I would just suggest that a home owner put down protective covering over the floor.

They did a good job but are a little pricey.

They couldn't find out what was wrong with the toilet and told us we needed a new one. They didn't carry the one we wanted so we went and purchased it ourselves.  They came to install it a week later, and the new toilet didn't work.  they spent several hours trying to find the problem.  The toilet eventually began working but they had no idea how or why.  We most likely did not need a new toilet if they had been able to find what was wrong on the 1st call.

They knew what they were doings.  He saved a lot of trouble by doing what he did.  He took it upon himself which was good.  He was able to explain things to me.  I had questions and everything like that.  His work was good.

They are a bit expensive, but they are extremely responsive. Very high quality of work. They are very professional and efficient for us.

.I live in an area that has very high water pressure (Rocky Grove). They had replaced a pressure regulator 2 weeks before this. I asked about my hot water tank and they said to keep an eye on it because it was older and they had a hard time turning off the spigot at the bottom of the tank. I decided to get the that job done at a later date and told them to put me at the bottom of their list. They called me a week later to see if they could install the hot water tank, but I missed the window of opportunity when I checked my phone and called them back. It turned out that night that spigot at the tank started to drip, a slow drip. Couldn't call because it was the weekend by then. The drip wasn't bad and I waited. They called me the next week to see if they could do the job and they came over and did it. They were professional and worked while I talked to them. They also installed a thermal exchange tank because of the high water pressure and so it wouldn't blow out the pressure valve on the hot water tank, essentially  because of the area I live in. Because of the shape of the hot water tank and the place where it was installed,the shut off for the gas would be in the back of the tank and up against my chimney. The plumber said that wouldn't be kosher if the gas company would have to shut it off and they would want it taken care of. The plumber took it upon himself to fix the gas shutoff so it could be accessed the right way and the job took a little longer to do. I really liked what he did with that so an extra call down the road was prevented. When they were finished, I asked what a thermal exchange tank was because I never heard of one before. The plumber explained what it was used for and answered my other questions. He was thorough with his answers and I understood him. He also explained and showed how to light the pilot light and the green blinking light that showed the pilot light was still lit. I also was told if my light wasn't blinking. the pilot light was out.. They were also very thorough in checking for leaks in the pipes and there were none and I have no leaks to this day. Overall, they communicated really well, their work was excellent and professional. I requested that they take the old water tank outside and I made arrangements for my neighbor to pick it up, so they did that for me.

son noticed cracked pipe. plumber was called at 8:10 AM. the next morning arrived at 8:45AM. work and cleanup done within 2-1/2 hrs. good job.

I would suggest calling around for pricing if you are on a tight budget.  You can be confident that the job will be done well.

I was very pleased with them. They did a very good job. I keep on using them because I know they do good work. They are efficient. They were done in 2 1/2 - 3  hours.
