They are very friendly and they also helped me out. I have a little bit of difficulty walking. They help me and I have to get special dog food for one of my dogs. I have to get it up there. It's a prescription type dog food. They help out with it. They have several veterinarians there in the practice. There is not just one doctor. There is several vets that work there. They have usually not too bad availability of getting in there. Especially when the dog is sick.

The entire staff was very helpful and king. I've taken my Irish setter there for a c-section and the service was very prompt, they did not charge me extra for an emergency, I waited for a few minutes and they got my setter in right away. Examined her and we dicided to go ahead with the surgery. I will return. I really like Franklin Animal Clinic, there are 5 vets that work there, someone is always on call, 24/7.

They are very good and compassionate. When you go in they listen to you as to what is going on with your animal. They are very thorough in explaining what is going on. They give you the information in laymen's terms. They give you options. We have been going to them for 10 years.
