Toyota is very accommodating. They are very prompt and schedule within a week of my call to pick up my vehicle at my place of employment, take it to the garage, do the work and have it back to me by the established time. They can be a bit pricey, however, they are dependable.

My husband called for an appointment for the 30,000 mile checkup in the morning. They said they had a couple of cancellations, could we come at 2:30. We arrived on time by driving into their new garage. The service desk is right there. A very courteous gentleman took our warranty book and entered all the information that needed done into their computer. He said and quot;it's always good when Toyota's warranty book and their local computer match.and quot; He told us the amount it would cost ($174 for parts, labor and taxes) unless they found problems. He also said it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours for the service. We walked to a nearby Kings for exercise and a cup of tea. They had coffee in their nice waiting room but it was a beautiful day for a walk. At almost 1 1/2 hours we received a call on our cell phone letting us know the service had been completed. No problems found. We were happy about the whole experience.
